We are lucky today :) Saw a pair of mute swans (cygnus olor). The female had a german metal ring, male polish - nice marriage!
worse with the ring-read !? The Hiddensee swan rings are quite unreadable. Have small sign compare polish and also have more digits. That reason we caught this swan.

additionally we put a yellow plastic ring from the polish swan project. Shouldn't be any problems with reading in the future...

By the way we had some time to ringing. Overall ringed 7 Black-Headed Gulls (metal + white plastic ring). I wish everyone could read them :)
