CRringed Yellow-billed Chough (Pyrrhocorax graculus) in French Alps

Mont Blanc
Yesterday i came back from ski-holidays in France (Morillon). Was beautifull, lot's of snow and wide pistes, many bottles of wine :) and international atmosphere (greetings to colleagues from New Zealand and Beth from Bristol).

Had also some time to ringreading. I read colourings combination on Yellow-billed Chough (Pyrrhocorax graculus) [left leg green, red, right leg black, white] in Flaine. If You know sth about this bird please let me know.

PS If you went skiing to the Alps, take your rings and some bread with.

Danish and Polish pedestrian

Recently I have been Swinoujscie and have been suprised when i saw a flock of Mute Swans (Cygnus olor) were walking through the streets. Almost had Polish metal rings, but one was carrying J6062 (Denmark).

Latvian swan on Nowogard lake

Just have recived information from Grzegorz Wieprzowski, who was bird watching in Nowogard yesterday. He read some Polish Mute Swan (Cygnus olor) and one very interesting EK433 from Latvia. At least he had to fly 500 km.
